A spacious room in a sizable, recently renovated apartment is available Bushwick for $1,100 a month (plus utilities) beginning on September 1 for a 12-month lease.
The room available is one of two on the first floor in an apartment shared with one other upstairs roommate and one downstairs roommate who has a separate entrance and half bath. Both are professionals in their late 20s who are clean, courteous and keep to themselves. The apartment's kitchen and full bathroom are new-ish and there is a dishwasher. There's also private access to a large backyard with a fire pit. The living room (complete with a piano) is quite big, and there's laundry in the building. A grocery story and gym are both within short walking distance.
The apartment building is a short walk to both the Morgan and Jefferson L stops and 10ish minute walk to the Myrtle/Broadway JMZ.
