Hi there!
My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to share our beautiful 3 BR apartment on the upper east side of Manhattan. We are both progressive, gay male professionals who are looking for a roommate we can comfortably share our space with. We don't expect to be besties right away, but it would be great to get to know one another and, hopefully, become friends! I have a really friendly cat (Harry) who also lives here and doesn't pay rent (trust me, if he would only get a job...).
I'm a speech pathologist who is an early bird, so I won't be making tons of noise all night to keep you from your beauty sleep. My roommate is a bit of a night owl, but is super respectful of your need for privacy and quiet as well. Ideally, we'd like you to be the same. We're not the noise police, but we do have jobs. We'll have some occasional dinner parties or rooftop cookouts, and we'd love for you to join in whenever you'd like!
Our apartment is a half block from the Q line train, two blocks from the 6 train, and a ten-minute or less walk to the express 4/5 trains at 86 St. The M15 bus stops down the block as well. We're close to Whole Foods, Fairway, Key Foods, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and several neighborhood bars and restaurants.
We are looking for a similarly clean, respectful and responsible roommate who is mindful of shared space and is easy to live with. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
You should come see the place! If you like it, I'll make you some lasagna or my warm Milano cookies (you know you want them...) if you decide to move in. Message me any questions, and I'm more than happy to answer.
