Hello! Seeking a responsible, respectful, professional and drama-free person. The apartment is lovely and spacious with a great kitchen. The room is sun-filled and cozy. The room currently has a queen bed and clothes rack that can be up for grabs, or can be unfurnished. The apartment is completely furnished and we have a dishwasher! A/C unit is also available for purchase.

We are mature, organized, clean and independent non- homebodies and expect you to be the same. We both work in the arts in different capacities, like to cook and enjoy the offerings of the 'hood and beyond.
The location is great - several blocks to N/Q/R train in Astoria and the 7 train; a 10 minute ride to Midtown. Super convenient to restaurants, laundry, supermarkets and gyms. This could also be a great landing pad for summer months or while you're in town for a work stint/assignment.

Move in date is June 1. $1466 Security Deposit due prior to move in plus First month's rent. The Security Deposit is eligible to be returned if/when you move out and the room is in good condition. Electricity and Internet are extra and range from $50 - $75 per month. ID, proof of income, references will be required.
