There are two living rooms, one is all yours. There's even a wood fireplace. There are two sides to the backyard, one for gardening and dogs, the other for hosting and relaxing.
Washer and dryer in the garage. Plenty of street parking available and for a little extra you can have a parking spot in the garage.
Rent is $1100 + utilities. Utilities include water, electricity, gas, internet. The gardener is included at no cost.
I have a medium sized 11yo Springer Spaniel who is really calm. If you have a small, quiet, safe dog that get's along with mine, I would consider it. Absolutely no cats though. I am allergic.
I am a 39yo professional and work normal 9 - 5 hours in Santa Ana. I keep to myself and watch TV, play games, and relax at home. My wife lives here as well. She is a 31 yo student and works two jobs as well. She's out of the house about 6 days a week.
We are looking for someone quiet and respectful and non-smoker. Absolutely no smoking in or around the house. It should go without saying but no drugs or illegal activities will be tolerated. Not even once.
Do not apply if you've been evicted or have a bad history with your landlords. The house is available January 1st.
