Room for rent in cute, spacious, newly renovated carriage house
Room for rent in this 2/1.5 carriage house in Ormewood Park. Totally renovated, lots of space, open with lots of light, yard, patio, off street parking. Move in date is mid January. I’d prefer someone on the lease but willing to negotiate. Must be pet friendly as there’s a dog and cat here. Preferably no pets of your own, but also willing to negotiate. $925 each, includes water and WiFi, does not include electric and gas. Rent can be decreased with work trade with the landlord. Deposit required.
