-Video intercom that calls your phone whenever a delivery arrives to remotely let them in

THE ME
Hi again, it’s me, your clean, kind, and compassionate roommate. I am young, gay professional working for ED Ellen DeGeneres as a Marketing Manager from 10-6. I also happen to have grown up here in Manhattan, so I’m always happy to lend a hand if you need a restaurant suggestion. I’m 100% drug-free, but don’t mind a glass of Chardonnay when starting a new Netflix binge. I keep a no-shoes-inside policy, which may be a dealbreaker for some, but I love to keep clean (in case Apartment Therapy wants to do a photo shoot, wink). I’m easy-going and, at the end of the day, am always happy to hear about your terrible boss while eating Chinese take-out. P.s., I also live with my two fish who rarely ever bark (dad joke #2).

THE DETAILS
-Flexible start date anytime from 8/1-9/15
-12-13.5 month lease depending on start date
-$1825 security deposit + 1st month’s rent upfront, salary>=40x your rent, etc.
-Bedroom furniture + WiFi AC available for a small fee (inquire within)
-Utilities not included, but electric/gas is usually $50/month and internet is $22/month when split in half
-My spices and Diptyque candles are free rein!
-Love to make extra pancakes on the weekends
