One of our current roommates is moving out and we need to fill her room for a July 1 move in! The apartment is a 3 bedroom flex, so the room you would be moving in to is a flex room. It is pretty big for a flex and fits a full size bed with room for other furniture. There is also a decent size closet in the hall for you to use.
The apartment is newly renovated and has a shared living room space and breakfast bar style kitchen which adds extra seating. All rooms have big windows and you can see the Brooklyn Bridge.
The building is great and has all of the amenities - doorman, roof, gym, laundry and lounge. The roof has one of the best views of the city and is furnished with grills.
A little about the current roommates: We're 23 (Erica) & 25 (Katie) and while we will hang out together and drink wine/cook together, we do our own things for the most part. Erica works at Time Inc and Katie works at a PR agency. We both are typically around the apartment after work, but on the weekends we like to be out with friends, or hanging out on the roof in the summer. We're both clean and respectful and are looking for someone who is the same to move in.
