Hi! I'm a 28 y/o female tv producer living in Murray Hill looking for a female roommate for a July 15th move in- looking to renew my lease for 2 years! I've been in this apartment since September 2016 and love it. It's a one bedroom flex, I'm in the master bedroom- but there's full wall to the room and door in your room- with lots of light, and a shared bathroom. The bedroom has a full closet inside that's really nice and tall, we'll need a living room TV and a couch. Your room will have a brand new wood floor!. The building's great and has a 24hr doorman (and cute dogs). It's quiet, the neighbors are nice. We have a nice rooftop (we watched the July 4th fireworks from there last summer) laundry just got new machines too. My landlord wants me to find someone ASAP.
