I'm looking for someone to take the spare room in my apartment. The room for rent is larger than most NY rooms, the ceilings are high, its SO quiet, as its off the street on the back side of the building, a large 10ft high window lights the room well. I've kept it extremely clean, crisp, minimal and modern. The room is fully furnished. Have a look at the pics. The place is PERFECT for a hard working, busy professional or creative who needs privacy, peace and quiet, but to be in the heart of the best suburb in the world right now, and literally have access to Manhattan on their doorstep with the JMZ train and busses, cars and ubers entering the bridge to the city from this very block. I need to find someone to start December 1st, I would love to meet you, please come over and check the place out as soon as possible.
