My roommate is moving out at the end of our lease in December. I'm hoping to find a friendly new roommate with a stable job who can share this fantastic apt with me!

- NO PETS - It is a pet-friendly building but I'm mildly allergic
- Hot Water Included; All other utilities split in half (Con Ed & Spectrum)
- It is required that you use a bedbug cover on your mattress and box spring. This apartment has not had bedbugs and I'd like to keep it that way~!!
