There are 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms total in the unit. Each bedroom has its own floor and bathroom. It does not share any walls with other bedrooms.
There is an enclosed private 4 car garage, one space which would be yours.
The livingroom features floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, flat screen tv, dining-room area, guest bathroom, island chopping board and kitchen. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove etc) with granite counter tops.
