Hello!

I (26F) am a student returning to the city (originally attended NYU) to finish my Bachelor's Degree at City College.

My wife (28F) and our two well-behaved cats are looking for a temporary (3-9 mo arrangement) beginning between mid-July and Mid-August.

We are very easy going, fun, responsible, and respectful of privacy (we accept the same).

We had lived with roommates a few times before and really enjoyed the experience. It was great to be able to afford more/better space just from cohabitating with someone. We love to meet new people.

We both work a lot, and I will be at school a significant amount of time, so sometimes at the end of the day, we just need to be alone and connect. However, it would be GREAT to meet someone with whom we could establish a healthy and respectful friendship.

We are very serious about making a smart move quick to prepare for my return to school this fall.

Like I mentioned-we are looking for something where the duration is kind of open. But we foresee ourselves looking for our own space within the year.
