1BR with private bath, balcony, and walk-in closet in Astoria!
Hello all,
I am looking for a roommate (non-smoker, no pets, no couples) to take over one bedroom with a private bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony in a 3bed 2bath apt. starting July 1st. The room is approx. 16'x8' and fits plenty of furniture.
Preferably I am looking for a working professional or student that is clean, respectful, can pay on time and does not bring the party home.
You would be sharing the living room, dining room and kitchen with two other roommates (20s-30s working professionals). You can have overnight guests as long as it is not for longer than a day or two.
We split utilities 3-ways, which usually amount to $70-$100 a month depending the season.
