You will be living with two 25 year olds males working in the city. We both graduated from college in DC two years ago, and one of us works long hours in finance (not home that often) while the other works for a sports-focused media company. We are pretty laid back and are looking for roommates who are okay living with two guys and will use the apartment to relax/chill. The building is a family-oriented building (i.e. lots of family/kids) and will not be a place to throw pre-games or host lots of people. Looking for generally relaxed people who aren't too nitpicky but can keep the apartment clean and enjoy a relaxed / quieter / low-key vibe in terms of roommates.

Looking for two roommates to fill a large four bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Midtown Manhattan (48th and 2nd Avenue). The apartment is located on the 17th Floor of a doorman high rise in super convenient location to anyone working in midtown (a few blocks from major banks, finance, media, advertising firms etc.).
The building has a gym / supermarket directly across the street, an array on awesome restaurants on 2nd avenue outside and is just a 2 minute walk from Lex / 53rd or Grand Central subway stop that can get you anywhere else in Manhattan, Brooklyn or New Jersey in under 30 minutes.
The apartment is kept in wonderful condition with a very large furnished living room that has couches, coffee table, TV (to give you sense of living room from first pic, that's a large 50" flat screen that still looks tiny compared to the space), dining table and an entrance/foyer. The overall feel of the apartment is "large and spacious".
There are AC units and heaters in each room. Both bedrooms will share a huge closet adjacent to living room that can easily fit two people's worth of clothing. Each bedroom has wall-to-wall windows that get a ton of natural sunlight. The 17th floor has awesome views of Midtown since the surrounding block is almost all 2-story townhouses so not as many tall in-your-face buildings.
Room #1: $1800 (unfurnished)
The first bedroom is very large (over 200 sq ft, 14-15' long and wide) that can easily accommodate a king bed, dresser/drawer, tv/sitting area and office desk. It has its own private balcony and shares a bathroom with two other roommates. See first set of pictures for that room.
Room #2: $1500 (large queen bed will be in it)
The second bedroom is adjacent to first bedroom and has an entrance from the kitchen. It is a bit smaller (around 13' x 12') but easily fits a queen bed, desk, and dresser. It will also share a bathroom with Room #1 and an existing roommate.

Utilities are not included in the price but have averaged $50 a month per person all-in (i.e. electricity + internet). Also please note that we haven't gotten renewed pricing on the lease so the rent may go up very nominally as a disclaimer (usually like a few %).
