Looking for someone who is employed or has a steady income, is responsible, tidy, and likes dogs (I have a small 2.8 lb Yorkie). Rent is for one person only and includes your own unfurnished master bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.

Additional details:
$1100 security deposit, month-to-month lease
$50 background check along with rental application
Utilities: internet, water, electricity, and gas will be split between the two of us, the landlord pays for garbage and sewage
